a house with a good backyard, couple acres. A nice riding lawn mower. A well made greenhouse, with cutting edge tech. I've seen set ups where you can farm plants and fish together. Probably set up a chicken coop. Really good home security. A couple dogs to roam the yard. Solar set up, batteries, electric car. Self sufficient as can be.

Spoil the wife. Let her decide if she wants to work (she doesn't lol). Raise a handful of some great kids, probably homeschool them.
