wavelake is part of that movement, but it's just one of many efforts. I think it started with the Podcasting 2.0 show, by Adam Curry and Dave Jones, and from that grew or catalyzed many efforts, such as Fountain, Podverse, Curiocaster, Breez, Sphinx Chat, and as you mention, Wavelake.
