I'd add in a time clause. You are offered either 1 BTC or 1 house, but it will only be granted 5 years from now. Neither is spendable or usable before then (i.e. you cannot live in the house yet).
There a more than 21 million houses in the world. One ₿itcoin will someday buy many houses. You can buy houses for all those people who didn't listen to you, or not.
