My question comes from the excerpt below. I know it can transfer digital money and that bitcoin is also property. I don't understand it when it comes to property rights that are not bitcoin.

The chain is a notary, timestamper. It's not a ground book or broker.

You can make inscriptions on the blockchain, I'd imagine it be something like that - just writing the person's information and signing a transaction
