One data point: I have a biomedical engineering friend (produces vascular implants) that augments his work with at least 3 different AI tools. He does a lot of statistical modeling.

Tech generally oversteers onto new “paths” but there’s a lot of value getting created in AI right now. It will bleed into most products/services in some form eventually.
