I counted three that I mentioned in the text, plus a few others that I don't remember where I read/heard, and hence didn't include. I've only been listening/reading for a few months though.

Not abuse per se perhaps, but a form of deception/fraud. I doubt a libertarian, or pretty much anyone for that matter, would agree with it happening between two random people, so why would it be okay with his son? The other one is a twofer, the guest and the host agreeing.
