i can pretty much guarantee you that 90% of the money invested in BTC is under the assumption that it wont be banned.

what do you mean "invested"? bitcoin is not a company with expectation of returns.

and there is no "banning" bitcoin. bitcoin is an open network, a country that bans bitcoin only harasses their citizens and restricts their rights.
