Brave is arguably far better than raw chromium, despite the shitcoinery.  I also really like the ability to quickly switch off javascript when a site gives me popups.

I like Firefox too, and Tor is actually pretty good as a regular browser.

I haven't tried the new mullvad browser.

If you have constructive feedback on the security benefits / drawbacks of different browsers, I'm all ears.

Thank you!  I wish I would have seen your reply before borrowing my daughter's Mac. You provided a few tips I wasn't aware of.

I now have graphene installed, but it feels like cheating using an Apple product.
