What is the smallest incarnation of the Bitcoin ₿ logo?

I work with microscopes, and currently I'm using lasers to burn features into fluorescent surfaces. I reckon I can burn the ₿ logo at something like a 30-40um diameter (half the thickness of a human hair).

Has anyone done it smaller?
