The danger here is that a nym's location can be derived from the location of frequent YELP reviews.
To offset this danger: maybe a Chaumian-mint-like token system, where a minted coin/vote is worth -5 to 5 (so a range 0f 11 possible options). After visiting a place, you pay one token with a value of -5 to 5, to cast your vote.
Maybe there should be different tokens for:
  1. the place/ the ambiance
  2. how nice are the waiters
  3. how good is the food itself
  4. how good is the public transport / bike parking / car parking options.
This way, with a big enough pool of voters, the nym can make truly anonymous votes, even to a place right next to where they live.

Also, how do you stop FAKE reviews? Possible solutions:
  1. Per NSEC + restaurant, only 1 review can be made. A new review automatically revokes previous reviews (previous votes/coins in the chaumain model).
  2. Every new review dilutes the total worth of all extant reviews. Put another way: the value of your total set of votes is CONSTANT. So if you only ever made one vote for one place (positive or negative is not relevant) then that 1 vote is worth quite a lot. But 200 positive votes for 200 different places have the same 'weight' as that one vote for the one place. This system incentives different people to make votes. It also means that even if people sell positive votes, they must spin up new npubs/nsecs and risk being caught as fakers.
