As some of you know, a bitcoin business focused on sats as the basis for loyalty rewards has been one of my fascinations for the last 6 months.
Thanks to our friend @AR0w, I recently found out it actually exists in the world, which is awesome. I was so excited by this discovery, I reached out to the team to learn more.
I had a call with Ian and Stephen from Joltz today. Impressive guys. Smart and passionate about Bitcoin, the Lightning network and how loyalty rewards can play a role in adoption.
I am really looking forward to seeing where the guys take this. Let's make sats loyalty rewards the standard!
Check them out at https://joltzrewards.com/ Or @JoltzRewards on Twitter
Cheers, GR
(Disclosure: I am not affiliated with this company. I just want to throw some attention and support their way)
Did you get an idea of how they compare with other bitcoin rewards services (Bitrefill and Fold) or how their strategy is different?
reply
Yes it is more of a loyalty rewards as a service model than a sats back model. So if you are a merchant or a brand that doesn't have a loyalty program or wants to add a bitcoin loyalty program you essentially plug and play with their API. This is less costly than a traditional loyalty program and would give the brand/merchant more optionality on what kind of offers they can run than a traditional card based or sats back for purchase reward can give them.
