I don't know if nostr can be reddit like. Reddit is all about seperated topic based communities with moderation.

Nostr is post to everything all at once, disconnect from relays that don't moderate the way you like, use clients that mod the way you like, use algos that mod the way you like etc etc all user driven filtering
