no need. If the youtuber add a lightning address (ex ⚡️address@domain.com) in the video description or channel about section anybody can easily with 1 click can send sats using the Alby browser plugin.

what you suggesting not going to work. It’s all about UX and UI like SN , the whole process is smooth and requires no onboarding. Plus how y tube supposed to make money?
