If you run your node with Voltage, they can get access to your private keys. This adds more parties that are capable of doing that.

Voltage, a Lightning Network solution provider, is working with Google Cloud to expand hosting providers and locations. This partnership will enable customers to create Bitcoin and Lightning Nodes in Google Cloud at various locations globally. The interoperable Lightning Network standard assists global customer reach, while the enabling of microtransactions can improve customer retention. Micropayments can also decrease customer acquisition costs and increase customer lifetime value. By leveraging Google Cloud’s global network, Voltage can fulfill user needs faster, with initial services operating in Iowa, Netherlands, and Singapore. This partnership helps Voltage solve three problems by enabling enterprises to handle money transfers over the Lightning Network, reach a global audience of customers, and enable microtransactions.
