Important points to retain regarding this subject:
  1. Always use a password manager (bitwarden, 1password, keepassxc, pass, ... your choice)
  2. Always generate long and random passwords.
  3. Have secure backups of your password db.
  4. Require a second factor, when possible.
  5. For your bitcoin savings, use an hardware wallet or a multisig wallet.
With this in mind, the specific products/apps are not that important. Nevertheless, I find it preferable to use solutions were you don't have to rely on a 3rd party.
