"rogue" is probably not the best term. i assume the coincidence of this is more coordinated and the employees are externally compensated for their rogue actions
Isn't this the second rogue employee blaming for a data breach in the last month, I think Hubspot also used that excuse lol something is clearly going on
Was listening to an episode of Darknet Diaries recently with an interview with one of these "rogue" employees. He was describing a whole marketplace that exists trying to entice employees with access to this kind of data to go rogue. Big companies are out there offering big money for this stuff.
