Does Jade have properly implemented USB C port? I see you provide USB C to USB A cable, this is often a bad sign in the world of consumer electronics meaning a device has a USB C port but it only works with A to C cables (missing required pull down resistors in USB C port assembly). Can you confirm it charges with C2C cables? (yes I know, I need to have my own cable)
