A great point! For a while now, people have been suggesting that if you're going to use hardware wallets, the best practice is to grab a few from different manufacturers.

On another note, I'm not personally that concerned about the Ledger thing, as long as you don't use their software or update the firmware on my device. I stopped using Ledger Live years ago when they leaked my home address and email.
