I've watched all of this guys videos and in general his cocky attitude and name-calling sours his message.
In general I think he is talking about AI, but he doesn't have a lot of knowledge on AI, and it shows in the video. He talks about AI as being "intelligent", and well, yeah, it's in the name, but that doesn't mean it's "intelligent" in the way he talks about it. AI is simple a computer program that had a large amount of data that it can look at and draw connections. If you go and ask ChatGPT "what's the best store of value" It isn't going to conclude that BTC is the best store of value. It's going to explain to you what store of value means, and give you many options and explain that basically it's a difficult question to give a definitive answer on.
Also, all these LLM programs are built by silicon valley people, who are mostly pro-government, and that shows in the programs they create.
I don't see what "AI" has to do with "robots" going to home depot and spending currency for you.
At the end of the day it sounds like he is conflating "AI" with a technological world where you need some type of digital currency to pay for things. self-driving cars are a good example of this as you need to be able to pay for things from your self-driving car when you aren't there. However you can use a credit card, Paypal, Zelle, etc, etc, etc, you don't have to use BTC. When you pay for things in the world now it's much more common to be able to pay with credit card, Paypal, Zelle, etc, over BTC, why would that change with "AI" is in the mix?
Thanks for the reply. Yep I agree with you a fair bit. I’m not convinced at all at this point that AI will use bitcoin. Won’t it just use whatever it is programmed to use?
