Looking at new Coingape article that I've just linked to on SN, the ISPs customers now seem able to pay for their internet access via Lightning.

Looking at new Coingape article that I've just linked to on SN, the ISPs customers now seem able to pay for their internet access via Lightning.
What are the implications of this? People can pay their bill in bitcoin? Or does this have larger network effects?
