You know what it means though? That EU has accepted the crypto industry as well as bitcoin as something that is here to stay. Laws can always be amended/changed, etc., but this is good news on the macro level. With clear regulations, more businesses will venture into the crypto space, hence more education/adoption etc. And on top of that, all the slaves will sleep easy that the big brother is "watching" out for them hehe.

Does this mean that every wallet provider and e.g. Bitrefill need to do kyc (for EU citizens only)?
