yes true, you can choose to connect an existing node or a voltage one. But you're still having a NIP05/LNURL@vlt.ge. It will be great if they open source the code, allowing everyone to do the same with any node, any domain...
one@domain.something with finally be unified as per:
  • email
  • LNaddress
  • NIP05
Maybe just dreaming about it... it will be not good for privacy but definitely useful

You can do this yourself with LNbits, most people just don't know how from what i understand.
