It turns out that, you were correct. They are not even allowing me to send out 5 sats by giving an error that " payment failed , does the receiver has enough inbound capacity "
Should I take down this post, or keep it an example for those like me.
No need to take it down. Is Ok to ask questions. This is how you learn and how others learn from your questions.
Here read more about Muun issues that you have right now. Because they are using submarine swaps for every single LN payment, with the craziness of big mempool and onchain fees, they are kinda fucked.

It was not about muun, i mentioned that error is from Lightx, muun is and was working fine for me. Its the first choice for me when converting to and from bitcoin and lightning sats.

You are again wrong. You are not converting ANYTHING. Are the same sats. The move from onchain (vault) into LN (payment network) is named submarine swap. Muun is doing that with all LN payments, practically faking that is using LN as payment.
To define it better: Muun is an onchain wallet with submarine swaps.

Thanks for your kind explanations, its still very complicated newbies.
Offtopic Why are some replies causing me ten sats, while some not.

Oh yeah @DarthCoin , that error was coming only when trying to send to muun, when i tried to send to zebedee from lightx it went through, so i must learn more about muun.
