I will be very careful with apps that mix fiat with bitcoin.
What does it mean "unleash your fiat onto internet"?
WHO in the right mind will still use fiat onto internet?

I've given it a go with a few sats, its a simple custodial wallet, that allows you to create "pots" for LN-BTC, USD and GBP balances. You can keep your balance in one of those 3 pots
Not sure how they are doing the hedging and if you can move between pots, I was able to receive sats to the wallet but sending sats it hasn't worked lol serves me right for testing
The wallet supports BOLT12, 11 and LN addresses
I have reached out to them with questions, waiting on a response
