When it breaks out of social media then we'll start seeing things get next level. For a while though builders and designers needed a place and tools to be creative.

That audience was the biggest drivers to twitters development in the early days as with the internet. Hashtags was first used/invented by a designer and user of twitter I remember correctly. The community formed so much of the interactions we use in social, and on that site today... that is until Justin Berber came around in 2010. He was first person will 1million followers.

The feeling that you can be part of the creation process is what's working for Nostr the most imo. So when we get ideas from all over that we can't imagine now that's when we go next level with adoption/usecases.

CuriousDK who we streamed with refers to it as the "rewilding of the web" which is a fantastic term imo. It was normal for an internet user to know some basic html and css cause they wanted to style their myspace pages.

Not everyone can be a protocol dev, but the application layer - especially the web, so many can feel a part of that.
