for the moment they always paid, they send it to my muun wallet and i move it few weeks later on a hardware wallet onchain for less then $0.5 fees. no problem at all. i dont know how they make 10k payment without fees without using lightning network but it's works for now...

Sending 10k sats onchain is really dumb or is a scam.
Such a small amount for onchain tx will create useless utxos that in near future will be impossible or very expensive to move.
