Apparently there isn't a clickable way to lock a Windows machine.
Win+L does the job with the keyboard, but with mouse only I don't think there is a way.

In Windows 10:
  • left-click the Start button
  • hover the mouse over the power button
  • left-click the username at the top of the list
  • left-click Lock
