I found this app on ZapStore, it's called kai9000

The question I have for Stackers....is this a 'safe' ai model to use?The question I have for Stackers....is this a 'safe' ai model to use?

It's designed by a guy called Simon Schubert and this repo has over 5k stars 🌟 on git

It seems to be like an agentic assistant almost, you can ask it to write ✍️ calendar 📅 events and email 📧 schedule meetings, set alarms ⏰️

Just before we get carried away, No fricking way am i giving this thing access to my email 🤣🤣🤣Just before we get carried away, No fricking way am i giving this thing access to my email 🤣🤣🤣

So you can also use this to spin up interactive dashboards, menus, recipes, presentations, I just asked it to spin up a description of what it is, using the stacker.news formatting and boom 💥

There's also an option to sandbox it, not 100% sure if this has usage limits or any other 'what's the catch' pitfalls

Lmk what you think 🤔 it looks like a pretty slick open source, potentially useful ai assistant with caveats obviously 😉

I suppose you can fork it and run it yourself, there's a command to install on windows and mac, also apple

Please reign me back in by telling me this a privacy nightmare 😔 and it's too good to be true!
