Got this in the mail yesterday. It's a hefty chonk of chocolate for sure! The packaging is top notch and really screams premium. I haven't tried it in many recipes yet since I just got it yesterday, but I did put some shavings in my coffee pourover this morning and could taste the difference. I just chop the cacao with a large knife. Don't recommend the coffee grinder!
