Those who are in support of the war are then naturally suspected of the downzapping while the concealed downzapper may have not openly expressed any views or reasoning for their views.

But you say those who have not downzapped but have instead voiced support and their reasoning for the war by participating in the dialogue about it have no right to clear their names of that by showing their recent spending data?

Why should those engaged in open reasoned dialogue be exposed to suspicion by a concealed and hidden agent seeking to undermine and obstruct that dialogue?
