I'm not sure if they are building a new one outside of north Phoenix, AZ, but whatever I saw last week on the road was a huge mega-building in the middle of an empty desert. The only thing putting out that kind of money is AI. Not surprising these things are data hogs. The biggest part of the building was a set of four huge turbines. (I stand corrected. It's a new Tawain semiconductor factory. Wow, crazy stuff.)
