As a last resort, yes. If you have to flee the country and you don't want to have anything on your person then it is useful but otherwise probably not a great strategy.

Yes, but it should not be the only method.
Also make a reminder for yourself every 3 months to see if you can recall the words.
Practicing to remember doesn't really train your memory, but recalling does, especially after a long time.

Pretty insane how fast AI is progressing. Scary.
That being said with how dependent I am on password managers I have zero faith in my ability to memorize more than 6 words for any extended duration of time...

Strange, because you just used 38 words here.
Or are you writing 6 words at the time and then try to remember the next 6?

Create a story with your seed words. It's fairly ease to memorize even 24 words this way in a few hours.
I did it when I took a stroll and always memorized 3 words at once. This way you essentially just have to keep 8 "things" in your head. You'll be amazed what your brain is capable of when you know how to use it (lol)
The real hard part is to be consistent and do this daily to be sure you will know your seed words when you need them.

No, it is bad idea, especially long term. Have you never ever forgotten some passwords you used to know? Ability of your brain to forget things which you don't need to remember every day, is unlimited.

Wasnt reading peoples memory by the looks of it but it was reading what their eyes were transmiting to the brain it seems but could only do it if they were in an MRI scanner.

For a short period of time to cross a border or something like that.
Not for too long as you're likely to forget it.

As long as it’s secured with a BIP-39 passphrase that’s not comprised of dictionary words, and therefore not guessable by the technology described in the link.
