@ek could this be a replacement for YNAB?

I stopped tracking things after I let that subscription lapse and it would be nice to ditch the manual spreadsheet I use to track everything

Cache Flow looks more like YNAB. I might try, but also maybe not. I'm quite happy with YNAB.

Interesting, I hadn't heard of YNAB until now. I was using Balance Forecasting for over a decade for basic cash flow management, and then was doing portfolio stuff with default tools in my Northwester Mutual website and then a spreadsheet on top of that (particularly for tracking BTC and BTC-backed loans along side credit cards with different interest rates).

Anyway, has been a fun project to create these two things for my own use, if nothing else.

I used Firefly III before YNAB. Your site looks great! It's also a problem worth solving: missing bitcoin support is the only issue I have with YNAB.

Ahh so would need to use both to monitor net worth and do a cash flow budget.

Is this app safe to use? Or will it steal all my info via some back door?

If it's a scam, it’s a pretty good scam

Maybe you can invest in PeerLoomLLC to hedge. Then you also profit if it turns out to be a scam haha

As the creator (or midwifezl, since I used Claude), I can tell you I made it for myself bc I didn't like what I was using.

Code is open source so definitely subject it to scrutiny in case I need to fix anything, especially security concerns .

Thanks!
