It must have been serendipity that the weekend in which I was galvanised to think of my favourite words in English coincided with the weekend when I could lazily hang out at my friend’s place for the first time since my daughter’s birth. Has time sprinted past me so fast? Parenting has effectively killed my social life, but this Sunday afternoon might see me joyously ushering in the revival of my social life. All hail me, the phoenix that rises from the ashes of a friendless existence!
But I digress. When I was stimulated to think of my favourite words, spontaneous, whimsical, wistful, sashay, among others, all made my list. However, when it really comes down to it, FREEDOM has got to be my favourite word of all time. The autonomy to do whatever I wanted, the absence of kids to look after and wife to please! — all this and more contributed to my vibrant spirit which somehow sent my soul soaring, yet kept me grounded at the same time.
I felt its glorious caress and wanted to throw my head back and laugh. I simply was.

My favorite word in English is: "Bitcoin".
Because I can say it the same way in Spanish, and because Bitcoin is the most important thing in my life (after my family).
