So there's a line that says "One upgrade to make it yours," and the only IAP listed in the store for it is a $9.99 one. So does this mean that someone has to pay $10 to get the "no strings" 21 sats per day (or presumably to be able to use or send those sats)?

The faucet works on the free version too, so you don’t need to pay $10. The upgrade is just cosmetic, so if you’re okay with the basic one, that’s it!

Good to know -- the description of the app didn't make that clear (moot point for me personally until there's an Android app, but still appreciate the clarification).
