Certainly both sides are committing war crimes but USA and Israel are clearly the stronger militarily and have delivered orders of magnitude more civilian casualties than Iran.
USA is the dominant world military power and is leading a charge down the road to disregard for internationally agreed laws on the parameters of war.
USA and Israel started this conflict in breach of international law and have escalated it at every step increasingly disregarding international law.
All who enable, support or obfuscate these war crimes are complicit.
