NOPE. I don't think we'll ever have a No-hitter again with the pitch clock + new ABS system. There's not enough time to fully recover between pitches, and the ABS system definitely favors hitters too. Plus, it seems that each year managers pull starters earlier and earlier with fewer pitch counts.

edit I just noticed your resolution criteria would resolve to YES upon a combined no hitter. I think it would be possible still for a combined no hitter, but still harder than ever before with the new rules/system.
