They are detained and tortured in illegal concentration camps. So even if you think killing non jewish terrorists is ok, these people are innocent and not terrorists. But the main problem is that many radical jews do not see them as humans. Not even animal rights are given to them. So torturing a baby is nothing bad for them. Because it is not a human baby for them.
