Hi frens,
yesterday I bake this super delicious strawberry cake. It was really easy to make. The kitchen was a bit messy but on my defense the end result was worth it. It’s mostly just baking the cake and then decorating it with heavy cream and strawberries.
This my first time baking it so I’d like to figure out how to make it more fluffy, because I loved it. I used a 7 inch round tin so it was tiny.

There are tons of different kinds of sponge cakes, and lots of tricks to making them fluffy.
I'm a bad baker, but my wife and daughter are okay at it. Lots to learn.
I’ve never watched that show 📺 I’ve baked others but since I bake gluten free coming with good proportions and substitutes sometimes can be a bit of a headache. the journey continues 💃
