How do I change the email associated with my Stacker account?

I currently only have one auth method, so removing the current email to add the new one doesn't seem wise.

Update: Ignore this. I added my X account as another auth method so have been able to take care of it. 100 sats wasted on asking something I ended up figuring out myself!
