I should have clarified, that I hadn't tried every one of the links, and I shouldn't have included that .onion link -- at least not in that same list, had I thought about how that one might not be impacted..

Right so in that case, your DNS provider / ISP is causing this. May want to get a VPN or just use tor.

It had occurred for me from mobile data (U.S. major carrier) and at about the same time also from a from a business internet / fiber connection -- two different ISPs, each from a different device.

That kind of destroys the dns theory save for a BGP attack but we'd probably have known about that - I haven't heard a thing.

Still works in the US. I was able to use archive.is just a few minutes ago. From Texas ISP.
