They depend on Bitcoin communities to spread the awareness.
I heard of people opening buy and sell offers not because they need to trade, but to build the community.
For me personally it's the only way I get fiat. (I get paid in BTC).
Some of the vexl team have done podcasts, look up vexl on YouTube.
