I'm going to say something they don't want you to hear.
They teach us dishonesty from the start. Little white lies don't hurt. Don't tell the whole truth. Keep the peace. Don't rock the boat. Protect yourself. Protect them. Protect the system.
They hire officers who will lie. Lawyers who will twist. Employees who will perform. People who will look the other way. And the truth-tellers? They want them out. Can't have someone who sees clearly. Can't have someone who won't play the game. Can't have someone who might wake up the others.
What they don't tell you is that dishonesty isn't neutral. It's a weapon. A cage. They use it to silence victims. Protect abusers. Keep systems running. Keep people small. Keep people doubting. Keep people from seeing.
Hosea 4 says there is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land. Only cursing, lying, murder, stealing, adultery. Lying. Right there with murder. Not a little white lie. Lying as a system. As a way of life. As what holds everything in place.
So what stops it? Not more laws. Not better policies. Not nicer people. Not hoping they change.
Learning the patterns. Seeing with clear eyes. Speaking truth in the face of evil. Naming what's actually happening.
John 8:32 says: "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Know the truth. Not suspect it. Not hope it. Know it. Then speak it. Then let it do what it does.
The truth exposes. It frees. It breaks chains. It scatters darkness. It silences the liars. It awakens the sleeping. Not because it's loud. Because it's real. And real outlasts fake every time.
Ephesians 5 says: "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. Everything exposed by the light becomes visible."
Expose. Not hide. Not manage. Not cope. Expose. Let the light do its work.
Learning the patterns. Seeing with clear eyes. Speaking truth. That's not being difficult. That's being awake. And awake is exactly what they're afraid of.
Keep learning. Keep seeing. Keep speaking.
The truth doesn't need you to defend it. It just needs you to say it. Then it does the rest.
They taught us dishonesty to keep us small. Learn truth. Set people free.

If this landed—if something shifted, if the truth felt like relief instead of weight—consider sending a zap. Every sat helps keep this work going. More writing. More decoding. More truth-telling. More building what's coming.

Or zap directly from the post. Either way, thanks for being here. Thanks for being awake.
I’m reminded of Jordan Peterson’s simple but powerful recommendation:
“Stop saying things you know to be false.”
Nice 🙂
