I completely agree; I think those fiat payments are a thing of the past. Today, if you can’t pay directly in Bitcoin, USDC is a great option—fast payments, low transaction fees, and verifiable in minutes.

True and I used to tell myself this lie all the time. I think it’s time for me to just use Bitcoin rails for everything.

USDC is not on any Bitcoin chains or even faux chains like liquid.

Thus after this post no more swaps into USDC I will just use Bitcoin and eat the fees as they come.

This will always be the best option: no third-party permission, no network gas fees, and instant, lightning-fast payments. Bitcoin is always the best option for making or receiving payments.

I see, but I think the incentives are good (commissions). I’d rather pay the commission and have it done straight away than wait for the free three-day service.

Yeah nothing is free besides privacy and air. I should stop expecting to no pay fees to move in and out of bitcoin
