We walked across that ditch (border) and hung out with my sister in law's family living in the states during covid when the border crossing was closed. That big patch of grass is part of Peace Arch Historical State Park. It's a pretty nice park with nice grass fields and walking access to the Peace Arch border crossing monument. There were some border patrol agents standing guard to check for ID when we walked across that ditch back in 2021. They were checking ID but didn't really check what you bring across. We brought a whole pot of stew and a bunch of other foods for our little family picnic at the park.

Fun fact, there was a large field full of tents at the time. Whatever it takes to keep the long distance relationships alive.

No. We don't go to 0 Avenue often and I'm not aware of this cat until I saw your post.
