Great read. From my experience I can confirm that it is hard finding an assistant, but it pays off. Especially on certain tasks. For example (and this is something I am converting more and more people to) I have like a few years already since I delegate groceries shopping - not completely as I still enjoy some occasional trips to the store and discovering new things, but this has been a huge time&money saver and also a back saver (this one pays the most).
