You can’t really help but wonder if this means the Communist regime is about to fall. A total country wide blackout…. I can’t even imagine how devastating that is and Cuba’s oppressive regime doesn’t really have any allies that can quickly help.

The suffering for individuals is going to be insane. With the military down as well it’s not like the government has a way to suppress uprisings because the military themselves are suffering. Maybe we can see a bloodless change. That the political prisoners will be freed.
