The only countries that have Tomahawks fully integrated into their military are the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. Japan and the Netherlands have only recently begun receiving them, and they are not yet fully integrated.

Not sure who else has something that looks exactly like a Tomahawk hitting nearby military sites during the first wave and two hours later in the second. Having a single bad strike out of over 5,000 are better numbers that Obama or Biden. These things happen in military action its unfortunate but its just how the cookie crumbles.
