The problem? Casual visitors won't sit through an hour-long video with intros, ads, and tangents. They bounce.

This is definitely true for me. I never watch embedded videos.

I'm trying to figure out if I watch less than 60 second embedded videos. I suspect my cutoff is less than 30 seconds.
