I'd guess that it's higher luck than usual. Ocean hash rate has declined significantly from a few months ago but the amount if blocks found has been similar. So blocks found have roughly the same reward but less people to share amongst.
This makes sense to me. The lucky streak has been significant, and fewer miners?
